  • Dr. Todd Liu
    CEO

    Dr. Todd Liu is Chief Executive Officer of Datang NXP Semiconductors (DNS), a Chinese automotive semiconductor company focused on battery management system solutions providing ultimate battery safety, lifetime optimization and performance enhancement to electric vehicles and energy storage systems.

    Todd joined DNS in 2015 and has served in a variety of leadership roles with incremental responsibilities. Currently as the CEO of DNS, Todd is responsible for strategic direction and operational leadership of the company, creating values for customers, shareholders and employees through innovative battery management ICs, automotive lighting control ICs as well as new initiatives. His previous role was CMO in the management team. In this position he achieved breakthrough in both business growth and ecosystem establishment, while made DNS increasingly recognized with its market-disrupting products and unique values in the battery management area. Prior to that, Todd was Head of Marketing & Application of Business Line Energy & Lighting and has been leading a multi-functional productization team, turning advanced concepts to well-performing chips.

    Todd has worked in multinational company, state-owned company and joint venture through his 10-year career in different countries. He is highly experienced of leading multi-location and multi-culture teams. His footprint in the semiconductor industry has spanned both IC design and manufacturing of mixed signal, MEMS and memory ICs.

    Todd holds a doctoral degree in microelectronics from East China Normal University. He was a research assistant at City University of Hong Kong.

  • Lisa Lu
    CFO

    Lisa has more than 15 years of experiences in multinational companies and has worked in several industries including IT industry, medical service industry and automobile semiconductors industry.

    She has been taking the position of tax accountant, management accountant, head of business control and program management, finance manager and CFO. Lisa has rich experiences in new company set-up, company merge and acquisitions, financing & high-tech enterprises. She is also familiar with different accounting GAAPs and good financial analysis and financial management skills.

    Lisa Lu graduated from China Agricultural University in 2003 major in Accounting with a Bachelor degree of Management and certification of SIFM etc.

  • Erwan Hemon
    BMS Team Lead & GM of BL Energy and Lighting

    Erwan Hemon is BMS Team Lead & GM of BL Energy and Lighting of Datang NXP Semiconductors Corp., Ltd., the first Chinese automotive semiconductor company and joint venture between China’s Datang Telecom Technology Corp., LTD., and NXP Semiconductors with locations in China, US and Europe, focusing on worldwide leading edge automotive semiconductor solutions.Most recently Erwan served as Vice President of Engineering in BL AAA (Advanced Automotive Analog) in NXP, responsible for IP development, Technology, ESD-EMC Center of Excellence and Back End activities. He has been in this role since 2016 based in Toulouse (France).

    Prior to that, he worked for 10 years in Freescale as R&D Director for Analog division (based in Phoenix and Toulouse) , and 10 years for Motorola Semiconductors as design manager where he managed the Toulouse design centers (France), focusing on mixed signal design in smart-power technology for use in automotive and Power Over Ethernet applications.Over those years he worked on products for applications like Airbags, Braking systems (ABS, ESP), Automotive networking transceivers, Motor driver (H-bridge, 3Ph motor drivers), DFI (Direct Fuel Injection), Engine Management , Power Management, E-switch (electronic switches) and is familiar with most automotive related processes like AECQ100, ISO2626 (functional safety) , ESD and EMC .

    Before joining Motorola Semiconductors, he worked as a design engineer at Philips Semiconductors in Caen (France) on various analog products for Hard Disk Drive market as well as telephony ICs.

    Overall Erwan has been working on Mixed Signal IC development for 30 years and held more than 10 patents granted in those areas.

    Erwan Hemon graduated as an electronic engineer from the French Grande Ecole “ENSERG” Grenoble’s National Institute of Electronics and Radio-Electricity in 1990.
