On November 28, 2023, the "Xinxiang Yizhuang" Automotive Chip Competition, guided by the Beijing Municipal
Commission of Science and Technology and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology,
hosted by the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee,and co organized by
GAC Motor, successfully concluded in Yizhuang, Beijing.
In this competition, Datang NXP's battery management chip DNB1168 (applied to new energy vehicle BMS system)
won the "Chip to Yizhuang" 2023 Automotive Chip Top 50 Award for its excellent performance and high market recognition!
The 2023 "Chip to Yizhuang" Automotive Chip Competition has nearly a hundred companies shortlisted and attracted the attention of hundreds of thousands of industry professionals. Tang En Zhipu has launched DNB1168, an AFE chip designed specifically for BMS systems in new energy vehicles.
This chip is a single cell battery management chip that provides voltage detection, temperature detection, impedance
detection, and balancing functions for the battery. The temperature detection function of the chip does not require
NTC and related peripheral circuits, and the impedance detection function makes some advanced system applications
possible. The chip supports both internal and external balancing. External balancing and impedance share a set of
peripheral circuits, while internal balancing does not require peripheral circuits. The chip has a certain self diagnostic
capability, supporting overvoltage and undervoltage alarms, high and low temperature alarms, as well as other chip
related abnormal alarms.
